We are happy to submit your dental claims to your dental insurance provider. With the many plans available we have noticed that some have restrictions that do not allow us to submit on your behalf.
We would love to have you schedule with our office but do not want you to be burdened with unnecessary charges. We ask that you please call the 800 number on the back of your card to make sure you do not have a policy that limits you from selecting a provider of your choice.
